Wedding Day Transportation
Welcome Dinner | July 31, 2026
Shuttles will be leaving Teton Village at 5:45 for our welcome dinner. They will be heading back to the village at 10:00 PM. If you choose to drive, there is plenty of parking.
Ceremony and Reception | August 1, 2026
Most guests are staying in Teton Village, walking distance to our ceremony and reception. If you are staying in town, please let us know and an uber voucher will be provided for transportation. You can either text/call Sawyer at (770) 377-5894 or email home@watwood.com.
The easiest way to get here is by flying into Jackson Hole Airport. For a more adventurous route, consider flying into Bozeman, Montana, and driving through Yellowstone National Park. Alternatively, you can drive up from Salt Lake City Airport or take a two-hour drive from Idaho Falls Airport.
If you don’t want to rent a car, there are bus shuttle services to Jackson from both IDA and SLC.
JACKSON HOLE (JAC):
15 minute drive to downtown Jackson, 25 minute drive to Teton Village
SALT LAKE CITY (SLC):
5 hour drive to Jackson. Long drive, yes, but it is beautiful and flights are generally less expensive into SLC
IDAHO FALLS (IDA):
2 hour drive to Jackson
BOZEMAN (BZN):
We put together our favorite trip itinerary that we have personally done, check it out for an adventurous route from Bozeman.

Rental Cars
You will want to rent from Avis/Budget, Enterprise, Hertz or National, which all have cars at the airport (please note that there are other rental car providers in Jackson; however, they are located in town (with free shuttles), not at the airport. Cars book out quickly in the summer so book a car ASAP.
